Policies to be familiar with
Tuition: Tuition is always due one week prior to the start of a new session. If payment is not received on or before the start of the new session, your child will not be considered enrolled and will thus be unable to participate. Tuition will be posted in the lobby one week prior to the start of the new session. This total will reflect your immediate balance due before your child is able to participate in their next class. Tuition can be found by searching for the day/time your child comes to class and looking for the last 4 digits of the primary phone number you listed on your registration form. You will not receive a bill for classes unless your account is delinquent. If you do receive a letter a reply is expected within one week upon receipt or Tiny Tots and Tumblers reserves the rights to suspend participation until your account balance has been resolved. Tuition checks can be dropped off in the drop box located in the lobby by the front door or mailed to our current address (812 Baseline unit 2 and 3 Brighton, CO 80603). Please write your child’s name in the memo section to ensure bookkeeping credits the proper account (this is especially important if the last name on the check does not match the last name of the child). If you are paying by credit card, payment is expected on or before the tuition due dates.
Forms of Payment: Tuition can be paid using cash, check, and credit card or set up on auto pay from your bank account through PayPal. If using PayPal, you will be charged a convenience fee of 1.49%. (It will be listed as CO sales tax on the check out page). Receipts are available upon request. Click here to make your payment online.

If you are a new student:
Your first free trial class:. Every new child is entitled to one free class with no obligation! Upon arriving at your child’s 1st class, a legal guardian will be required to speak with their child’s instructor and sign a trial waiver. From there your child may participate in class.
If you wish to register your child for the session
Once we receive the completed registration form and tuition/registration fee your child is enrolled in our program!
Auto Session Renewal: Because our classes run year round and to ensure spots for currently enrolled students, your child will be automatically renewed for the next session. Tuition payments will be due before the start of the new session. If you do not wish to continue the following session please notify your child’s instructor or an owner ASAP so we can open your child’s spot up to another student.
If you wish to register your child for the session
- Complete a registration form (one per child). The registration form requires a legal guardian to complete the form and can be picked up at the gym.
- Upon attending your second class return your completed registration form.
- Additionally, the registration fee ($30 per child or $65 for families w/ 3 or more children enrolled) and full tuition for the session is due upon attending your second class. (credit will be issued for mid-session start—see mid-session enrollment below)
- To ensure the steps above have been completed, you will be required to initial with the instructor, before your child participates in their second class, that you have returned a completed registration form and fees.

If you are a returning student:
- If you choose to take some time off, upon returning, please contact us to make sure there is enough room in the class you are considering to accommodate your child.
- Please fill out a new updated registration form (If your have been out of our program for longer than 1 year, or if you moved, changed phone numbers or any other personal information has change, you will need to fill out a new reg. form).
- Pay tuition in full before your child participates in their 1st class (we do not offer free trial classes for returning students).
Our instructors hold the right to suspend participation for students who have not paid their balance in full prior to participation in their 1st class. Please do not drop your child off for class if you have not received confirmation of enrollment from an owner, or if you have not paid tuition for that session.
Mid-session enrollments (applies to both returning and new students):
We do allow mid-session enrollments assuming there is room in the class you are interested in. After receiving confirmation from an owner that we have space available in the class you wish to enroll in, you will be responsible to pay for the full session plus the registration fee before your child’s second class. However, a credit will be issued for the following session. The credit will reflect the classes not attended prior to registration. Check the tuition board for your credit and accurate tuition amount.
General Policies:
Missed Classes: We DO NOT pro-rate tuition for missed classes. Rather we offer make-up classes. As a paying student your child is welcome to attend any other age appropriate class within the program as a make-up. As long as you are a currently enrolled student, your make up classes will be valid. Please be sure to check a current schedule. We do not permit make-up classes if you are not currently enrolled in a class. When you arrive at your make up class, inform the instructor that you are there for a makeup.
Holiday/Closures: We DO NOT pro-rate tuition nor offer make ups for the classes missed over Holiday closures.
Bounced Check Fee: There is a $35 bounced check fee plus any collection fees that may incur as result of the insufficient funds. We reserve the right to ask for another form of payment if we received a bounced check. If the balance is sent to collections you will be responsible for both the outstanding balance as well as any fees charged by the collection agency.
Late Fee: There will be a $5 late fee added to your total if tuition is not received before the next session. Our policy states that students who have not paid tuition will not be permitted to participate.
